Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new look, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and free of any makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
